Katie Jones, CEO & Founder of Nimble Group, LLC, is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of transforming organizations and curating top-tier HR educational experiences. Since joining the company in 2016, Katie has held diverse roles, showcasing her adaptability and visionary leadership. From Faculty Manager to Chief Operating Officer, and now as CEO and Owner, she has continually elevated the brand.
Amid the pandemic, Katie successfully transitioned major HR conferences into engaging virtual experiences, demonstrating her forward-thinking strategy. Today, she leads the charge in reimagining in-person events, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering impactful learning and networking opportunities for HR professionals.
With a background in product management, event design, and leadership development, Katie brings a unique blend of skills to the table. A proud graduate of West Virginia University with a BS in Journalism & Advertising and a minor in Communications, Katie is driven by her passion for empowering others.
Outside of work, Katie is dedicated to mentoring future leaders through her involvement with Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Olympia Snowe Women’s Leadership Institute. As a founder, she continues to steer Nimble Group to new heights, ensuring it remains a trusted authority in the HR community.
